• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.

Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.
• PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID for check-in purposes.

Booking & Payment

• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI/cash payments at the front desk.

Children & Extra Beds

• Children up to 6 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• Extra beds may be provided on request at an additional cost (subject to availability).

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available within the property.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation terms may vary based on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
• For non-refundable rates, no changes or cancellations are allowed after booking confirmation.

Visitors Policy

• Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
• A valid ID is required for any guest or visitor entering the premises.

Pets

• Pets are not allowed at the property.

General Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and adhere to hotel safety guidelines.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found violating property rules or engaging in unlawful activity.
